Items are kept in stock only in limited numbers. In case there are not enough items in stock, we will contact you about the approximate time of delivery.
All orders placed online for the UK are dispatched within three working days of receipt of order and payment (not including weekends and bank holidays) and are usually delivered by Parcelforce (Next Day). If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, Parcelforce will leave a notification card. Please arrange for your free re-delivery and quote the card reference number. If for any reason the goods cannot be re-delivered or picked-up and returned back to us, an additional handling fee will be charged.
Delivery: Between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
The Customer is responsible for any import customs duties and taxes incurred at the point of entry into the destination country. We accept no responsibility for any delay in clearing the products at customs. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
If you like to cancel your order, please email email@example.com within 24hours after placing your order. Where goods have already been dispatched to you or in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your order for reasons other than damaged goods, please email us within seven days and return the goods within 14 working days of receipt of goods in new and unused condition. No refund will be issued for goods received by us outside the 14 day period. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, tags or the box. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Should those circumstances arise, no refund will be available and it will be your responsibility to arrange return of those items within 28 days of our notification.
Goods must be returned with your order confirmation and must be adequately covered for compensation with package and postage paid. We will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post or by courier.
If you are returning goods from outside the UK, please ensure to mark on your customs slip, that they are returned goods (attached to the outside of your parcel), otherwise we will be charged customs duty and unfortunately would need to deduct this from the refundable amount.
You will be notified by email as soon as your return has been received and processed. We will give you a refund of the amount paid excluding shipment charges (these are covered for damaged or faulty goods only) in the original method of payment. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY AND DAMAGED GOODS
When your goods are delivered, the person responsible for accepting and signing for the goods should make a brief examination of the outer packaging and if necessary unpack the consignment and check it fully. If any damage is suspected or apparent, the delivery note should be marked accordingly. In that event, please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery and send us:
-Photo of the damaged good and damaged original packaging
-Your order number from your original confirmation email or receipt
-Your e-mail address and contact number
We will then arrange for a collection of the damaged goods and organise either a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity or offer you a full refund once we have received compensation from the carrier.
